RETURN POLICY

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with pictures or videos of the defect within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays

By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to track your package down.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will provide a return slip for your order (products must be in new condition and include all packaging, we don't cover the return shipping and restocking fees may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office. 

Lifetime Warranty

We cover our cutlery under a lifetime warranty. If you have an issue with your cutlery outside of the 7 day defect period, we will provide replacement utensils free of charge. This warranty is subject to our Cutlery Care Guidelines. Issues as a result of misuse (fading, discolouration, spotting, etc.) are not covered by this warranty as there is no way for us to verify the proper handling was performed.
