1. General Warranty Info

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. This 1-year limited warranty covers all Cutlery Collection cutlery, utensils, and accessories for the original purchaser, starting right from the date of purchase.

2. What's Covered

We cover manufacturing defects. If your product fails during the first year due to a flaw in materials or craftsmanship under normal household use, we will repair or replace it for you.

3. What's Not Covered

To keep your tools in top shape, please avoid improper handling. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear: Dulling edges, surface scratches, cosmetic stains, or natural discoloration from regular kitchen use.

• Dishwasher Damage: Cracking, warping, rust, or edge degradation caused by automatic dishwashers (hand-washing and hand-drying are required).

• Misuse or Abuse: Damage from drops, improper storage, prying, or using tools on hard surfaces (like glass or stone) or for unintended tasks (like cutting bones or frozen food).

• Commercial Use: Items used in professional, commercial, or industrial settings.
